Hakob Injighulian to receive winter civilian clothes soon
A few says ago representatives of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) Armenia Office met with relatives of serviceman Hakob Injighulian held captive in Azerbaijan.
“We gave them a letter for Hakob. We were told that employees of the ICRC Baku Office will meet with Hakob soon and convey our letter to him,” Hakob Injighulian’s brother, Harut Injighulian, told the correspondent of Aysor.am.
Besides, the ICRC staff informed Hakob’s relatives that he will soon receive winter civilian clothes.
Let us remind you that around 03:00 am on August 8 Armenian soldier Hakob Injighulian, 22, lost his way while on duty at night, crossed the Armenian-Azerbaijani border and entered Azerbaijani-controlled territory.
The secretary of Azerbaijan’s state commission on POWs, hostages and missing persons Shahin Sailov later told the Azerbaijani mess media that Armenian POW Hakob Injighulian allegedly asked him to be transferred to a third country.
