Saribekian: Azerbaijan’s new defense minister wants to assert himself

“The new defense minister of Azerbaijan wants to assert himself, he tries his best to create an image of a strong minister,” parliamentary deputy Karen Saribekian told the correspondent of Aysor.am, when commenting on the Azerbaijani defense minister’s statements about the solution of the Karabakh problem.

According to Saribekian, if Azerbaijan tries to carry out its threats, “the losses will be too bitter”.

“The war will bring destruction and loss of life on both sides, but this time the problem will be resolved. Although international structures don’t react to Azerbaijan’s threats, we know our task and we will solve the problem duly if necessary,” Karen Saribekian said.
