James Warlick to discuss Karabakh at OSCE meeting in Vienna

The U.S. Co-chair of the OSCE Minsk Group James Warlick will discuss the Nagorno Karabakh conflict settlement at the meeting of the OSCE Permanent Council in Vienna.

James Warlick said via his Twitter page that he is heading to Vienna for the OSCE Permanent Council and is looking forward to talking about Nagorno Karabakh with Daniel Baer and other delegations.
