Serzh Sargsyan and Colonel Artak Budaghian meet in Artsakh

Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan and Colonel Artak Budaghian met in Artsakh, Galatv.am reported, noting that the information was also confirmed by the father of Budaghian brothers - Emil Budaghian.

According to Emil Budaghian, he didn’t see his son after his meeting with the president so he has no information about Serzh Sargsyan’s reaction.

“The only thing I know is that their met around 11:00 am today as the president was in Artsakh, but I was speaking with my son on the phone so I couldn’t ask him what they talked about and what the president said,” Emil Budaghian said.
