Nikol Pashinian intends to vote against 2014 draft state budget

Deputy of the Armenian parliament Nikol Pashinian believes that the Armenian government has neither money nor a strategy. In his words, after studying the 2014 draft budget submitted for examination, he came to the conclusion that the government is incapable. Pashinian declared he will vote against the draft state budget for 2014.
