Protesters hand letter to HHK central office

Participants of the protest against the compulsory accumulative pension system’s introduction handed today a letter to the central office of the ruling Republican Party of Armenia (HHK). The letter indicates 15 omissions in the draft law on the new system.

HHK representatives gave assurances that the problem will be solved. Protesters plan to organize another march tomorrow.

Let us remind you that the Armenian parliament’s special session on the postponement of the compulsory accumulative pension system’s introduction until 2015 did not take place today due to the refusal of the faction of the ruling Republican Party of Armenia to attend the session.
