Roadmap for Armenia’s entry into CU to be approved in December

The Supreme Eurasian Economic Council is expected to approve the roadmap for Armenia’s entry into the Customs Union in December, Deputy Foreign Minister of Armenia Shavarsh Kocharian said today at the joint sitting of the Armenian National Assembly’s Standing Committee on Foreign Affairs and the Committee on CIS Affairs and Eurasian Integration of the Russian State Duma.

Armenia is taking steps on joining the Customs Union, S. Kocharian said, noting that in particular, by February Armenia will be prepared to sign the agreement on joining the Customs Union and the Common Economic Space.
