Turkish foreign minister invited to Armenia

'Zaman' daily reported today that Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu was invited to Armenia in order to participate in the December 12 meeting of the Council of Foreign Ministers of the Organization of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation (BSEC).

In this connection the Armenian Foreign Ministry spokesman wrote on his Facebook page that invitations to attend the 29th meeting of BSEC foreign ministers were extended to all the members of the organization.
