K. Manoyan: Nagorno Karabakh should receive international recognition

The possible positive changes following the November 19 meeting of the presidents of Armenia and Azerbaijan do not mean that all our hopes should be pinned on the negotiating process, ARF-Dashnaktsutyun Party representative Kiro Manoyan told journalists today.

“We should work on international recognition of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic. If five-ten states agree to recognize the NKR as much as Armenia did, this will exert sufficient pressure on Azerbaijan,” Manoyan said.
