New Danish ambassador presents copies of credentials to E. Nalbandian

Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian received today the newly-appointed Danish Ambassador to Armenia Merete Juhl (residence in Kiev) who presented copies of her credentials to E. Nalbandian, according to the press service of Armenia’s MFA.

Congratulating Ms. Juhl on her appointment, Minister Nalbandian wished her success in her mission. He stressed that Armenia is interested in deepening and expanding its ties with Denmark, which is evident from the opening of the Armenian embassy in Copenhagen, following which bilateral contacts have become more active.

Ambassador Juhl assured the foreign minister that she will do her best to help strengthen Armenian-Danish cooperation.

The sides exchanged views on cooperation between Armenia and the European Union.
