Vardan Kocharian, an assistant to Prosperous Armenia Party (BHK) spokesman Tigran Urikhanian, threatened the staff of an information website, saying: “If the report is not removed in half an hour, you will see what will happen”.

Urikhanian told Aysor.am that his assistant indeed made threats, but ‘he threatened to publish the truth”.

The spokesman for BHK explained that the website posted false information: “That Russian grant-funded website invited your most humble servant (Aysor.am: Urikhanian) to a ‘conference’. I arrived on time, but there was no other participant, and I had to leave after waiting for 40 minutes. And then false information was posted on the site,” the BHK deputy said, adding that his assistant just threatened to publish the truth, which is being done now.
