Snow and fog expected in mountainous regions

Attention: Snow is expected late Friday through early Saturday in mountainous regions of Shirak, Kotayk, Gegharkunik, Aragatsotn and Vayots Dzor provinces of Armenia.

Snowstorms with low visibility and icy condition of roads are possible in some areas. Precipitation and fog are likely in most regions on November 30. Precipitation is not expected on December 1-4, according to the Ministry of Emergency Situations.

Wind gusts could reach 15-20 meters per second.

Temperatures will drop by 4-6 degrees on December 1, the weather service said.
