Minasian: Turkey continues policy of preconditions

Turkey has not abandoned its policy of preconditions, the deputy of ARF-Dashnaktsutyuin parliamentary faction Artsvik Minasian told journalists today.

Speaking about the upcoming visit of the Turkish foreign minister to Armenia, Minasian said he is doubtful about any progress following the visit, but it is necessary to use all the possible means to make Turkey give up the language of preconditions.

Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu is expected to arrive in Armenia on December 12 to attend a meeting of the Organization of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation (BSEC).
