NKR president pays tribute to memory of Spitak earthquake victims

On the 25th anniversary of the Spitak earthquake, President of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic Bako Sahakian, accompanied by top leaders of the republic, visited the Stepanakert Memorial Complex and laid a wreath on the monument to the earthquake victims, the press service of the NKR President’s Office said.
