Martirosian: Government and parliament should be dissolved

The government acts jointly with the parliament and both bodies should be dissolved, deputy chairman of Heritage Party Armen Martirosian said.

“Both the parliament and government should resign so that the atmosphere will change. Dissolution of the government only would not be efficient,” he noted.

As regards the 2014 state budget passed by the parliament yesterday, Armen Martirosian said the document has nothing to do with Armenian citizens and there is no point in speaking about the budget.
