Christmas trees lit in all administrative districts of Yerevan

In parallel with the main Christmas tree lighting ceremony in Republic Square of Yerevan, decorative lights and Christmas trees were also lit in all the administrative districts of the city, the Yerevan Municipality said.

“Decorations and the events started a little earlier this year. The municipality does its best so that the festive mood of city residents will last longer and the Christmas and New Year holidays will be memorable for old and young. I would like to take the occasion to call on all Yerevan residents to participate actively in festive events,” Yerevan Mayor Taron Margarian said.
