Seyran Ohanian named Best Minister of Year

Armenian Defense Minister Seyran Ohanian was named Best Minister of the Year 2013, the organizer of AS socio-political contest Ani Hovhannisian said.

According to her, Education and Science Minister Armen Ashotian and Minister of Emergency Situations Armen Yeritsian took second and third places, respectively.

“The purpose of the contest was to provide the public with an opportunity to express their opinions about our social and political figures,” she noted, adding that none of those officials was informed about the vote held online in 11 categories and any falsifications are ruled out.
