Protesters block Bagramian Avenue outside Armenian parliament

Participants of the protest outside the Armenian parliament have blocked Bagramian Avenue.

Police are trying to push them back as protesters are impeding the traffic on Bagramian Avenue.

The protest participants demand that Armenian parliament deputies refuse to ratify the agreements signed between the Armenian and Russian governments on December 2.

Armenia’s Constitutional Court ruled yesterday that three agreements signed by the governments of Armenia and Russia on December 2 - the agreement on the purchase and sale terms of shares of ArmRosGazprom CJSC and its further activities, the agreement on the price formation order in case of natural gas delivery to Armenia, and the agreement on cooperation on the supply of gas, oil products and rough diamonds to Armenia - do not contradict the Constitution.
