Mother See transfers $100,000 to Armenian schools in Syria

On the occasion of Christmas holidays, the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin has transferred $100,000 to the Armenian Diocese of Damascus for taking care of the needs of the Armenian schools in Syria, the press office of the Mother See said.

The situation in Syria and the predicament of the Armenian Syrians continue to be the center of attention of Catholicos of All Armenians Karekin II and the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin.
