D. Shahnazarian: We end this year with deep moral-psychological crisis

“On September 3 Armenia became part of the Russian empire and now it continues to proceed along a ‘legal’ path,” the head of Accord Center David Shahnazarian told reporters.

“What happened in Moscow yesterday was a logical continuation of the process that began on September 3. An anti-constitutional document was signed in Moscow yesterday,” Shahnazarian said.

According to him, the Kremlin was given the opportunity to take all important foreign-policy decisions of Armenia.

“So we end the year with a deep moral-psychological crisis,” David Shahnazarian stressed.
