French citizen wins Artsakh house in raffle

The first stage of a national raffle was held today at Karabakh Carpet Factory in Stepanakert. 17 people – all of them residents of Artsakh – won carpets worth 300,000 drams each, according to Karabakh-open.info.

The chairwoman of the national state raffle Elina Mkhitarian said “the geography of 342 winning tickets is great and the results will be summarized step by step”.

A French citizen won a house in Artsakh.

The raffle raised 300 million drams. This sum will be spent on the development of infrastructure in Ishkhanadzor village and the southern part of Kashatagh region.
