Boris Yengibarian appointed deputy chief of NKR police

President of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic Bako Sahakian on January 16 signed a decree on appointment of Ernest Avanesian as deputy chairman of the Council of the NKR Control Chamber for six years, the press service of the Office of the NKR President said. By another presidential decree of January 17, Colonel Boris Yengibarian was appointed deputy chief – chief of the headquarters of the NKR police.
