Melikset Khachiyan finishes second in Golden State Open tournament

Armenian GM Melikset Khachiyan (USA) scored 5.5 points out of 7 and shared 1st-3rd places with GMs Victor Mikhalevski and Michael Roiz (Israel) at the Golden State Open held in Concord, California. By the tie-break Khachiyan took 2nd place, according to Armenia’s Chess Federation.

The winner of the tournament was Mikhalevski.
