Baku distorts essence of foreign ministers’ meeting in Paris

The spokesman for Armenian Foreign Ministry Tigran Balayan wrote on his Facebook account that Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry’s statement issued following the Armenian and Azerbaijani foreign ministers’ meeting in Paris does not correspond to the contents of the talks held in Paris.

“The impression is that the Azerbaijani side conducted negotiations with itself, making statements suitable for itself, proposing some solutions, and presenting all this as the contents of the talks. Such a statement is a distortion of the meeting’s essence,’ T. Balayan said.

The statement of Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry said that “the restoration of Azerbaijan’s territorial integrity is the basis of talks between Azerbaijan and Armenia”.
