Shahgeldian replaces Postanjian as PACE delegation member

The winter session of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) started in Strasbourg today and will last until January 31. The delegates’ credentials were approved prior to the session.

There was a change in the Armenian delegation to the PACE: the credentials of Orinats Yerkir Party (OEK) parliamentary faction member Mher Shahgeldian were approved. He will replace Heritage faction member Zaruhi Postanjian as member of the Armenian delegation to the PACE.

Member of the Armenian delegation Arpine Hovhannisian wrote on her Facebook page that there were no objections during approval of the delegation’s credentials.

“The credentials were approved and we continue to work as usual,” Arpine Hovhannisian stressed.
