Davtian: Sabotage on border is Azerbaijani president’s wish

The Azerbaijani side’s activity on the Line of Contact and the actions of snipers are a continuation of Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev’s bellicose statements, parliamentary deputy, member of the Republican Party of Armenia Artak Davtian told reporters today.

“The snipers on the Line of Contact and subversive actions are a wish of the Azerbaijani president. Aliyev’s bellicose rhetoric is reflected in such actions,” Davtian said, noting that these actions of Azerbaijan should receive an adequate assessment of Armenia and the international community.

In his words, Azerbaijan does not heed peaceful calls of the Armenian side and the OSCE.
