ICRC representatives meet with Mamikon Khojoyan

Representatives of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) Office in Baku visited today 77-year-old Mamikon Khojoyan. On January 28 M. Khojoyan crossed the state border and was taken captive by Azerbaijan, haqqin.az said.

Khojoyan was provided with information of a family nature, the source said without giving any other details.

Mamikon Khojoyan, a 77-year-old resident of Verin Karmiraghbyur village in Tavush province of Armenia, was taken captive by Azerbaijan on January 28. He was captured by residents of Alibeyli village who turned him over to servicemen. M. Khojoyan has health problems. He is registered as a mental patient.
