ICG addresses Karabakh problem in its report

The International Crisis Group (ICG) has addressed the Nagorno Karabakh problem, in particular the present tense situation on the Line of Contact, in a report posted on the ICG’s website: www.crisisgroup.org.

The report notes the sudden, serious escalation in fighting starting January 20 along various front-line areas, with both sides blaming other, and the return to hostile rhetoric by officials and in media.
