Ruben Hakobian heads Heritage faction again

Heritage faction of the Armenian parliament held a sitting today and took a decision that Ruben Hakobian will head the faction. The parliamentary speaker Hovik Abrahamian made that announcement, adding that Tevan Poghosian was elected secretary of the faction.

We would remind you that a few months ago R. Hakobian resigned as Heritage faction head for some unknown reason and was replaced by Ms. Zaruhi Postanjian who went t the U.S. in early January to attend six-month courses there.
