David Harutyunian: Postanjian realized that nothing will change

According to David Harutyunian, grounds are needed to appeal against a delegation’s composition.

“At least 10 deputies were expected to bring up that issue and appeal against the Armenian delegation’s composition, which did not happen. As a result, the composition of the Armenian delegation was approved,” D. Harutyunian noted.
