Blizzards hit Ashotsk and Amasia regions

Some sections of motorways in Sevan, Dilijan, Ijevan, Kapan, Noyemberian regions of Armenia, Goris-Kapan highway, Berd-Chambarak highway and the Vardeniats (Selim) mountain pass were covered with ice as of 9:30 am today, Ministry of Transport and Communication said.

There are blizzards in Ashotsk and Amasia regions.

Snow and ice removal operations are regularly conducted.

All the interstate and republican roads are open.
