James Warlick: We intend to continue dialog
An atmosphere of trust should be created between the sides in order to make progress, the U.S. Co-chair of the OSCE Minsk Group James Warlick told the APA news agency.
He expressed hope that the sides will continue observing the ceasefire in accordance with the obligations assumed.
According to Ambassador Warlick, the tense situation on the border negatively affects the negotiating process.
J. Warlick stressed the need for highest-level meetings, which depends on the presidents’ will, according to him.
We intend to continue the dialog, the U.S. co-chair said.
