Armen Rustamian: Authorities do not want opposition’s unification

It is not every day that one can see the unification process of four political forces in Armenia, the head of ARF-Dashnaktsutyun parliamentary faction Armen Rustamian told journalists today.

In his words, the authorities spare no effort to prevent this process so that ‘political forces will not cooperate and there will be no social solidarity”.

The unification of the four political forces did not happen overnight, Rustamian stressed. “The most difficult thing is to rally round one issue amid differences. We are trying to do it now,” he said.
