Fire in Ijevan’s Ojakh Restaurant damages property and roof

Armenian Ministry of Emergency Situations received an alarm call at 3:53 am today about a fire in Ojakh Restaurant in the city of Ijevan, Tavush province, the press service of MES reported.

Three fire brigades of the ministry were sent to the scene. Wooden parts of the restaurant’s roof (an area of 200 square meters) were burning.

The fire was contained at 5:42 am and extinguished at 7:19 am.

The fire destroyed the wooden parts of the roof (about 200 sq m) and damaged property in the restaurant hall.
