Men who fell into oil tank intended to take samples

As was reported earlier, two men died yesterday after falling into a car oil tank outside the spare parts shop on Tamantsineri Street in Yerevan.

The police have said that Makhsud, director of a company located at 2 Arin-Berd Street, and watchman of the same company Armen opened a 20- ton capacity metal tank, in which about a ton of spent oil was kept, in order to take samples, but under some unclear circumstances they fell into that container and drowned. Forensic examinations will be conducted. An investigation is underway.
