NKR president gives awards on 10th anniversary of Civil Service Council

President of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic Bako Sahakian signed decrees on awards on the occasion of the 10th anniversary of the creation of the NKR Civil Service Council, according to the press service of the NKR President’s Office.

The chairman of the NKR Civil Service Council Boris Arushanian and the chairman of Armenia’s Civil Service Council Manvel Badalian were awarded the Gratitude Medal for their contribution to the establishment and development of the civil service system in the republic. Member of the NKR Civil Service Council Valery Atajanian and the chairman of the NKR Central Election Commission, member of the NKR Civil Service Council in 2004-2008 Srbuhi Arzumanian were awarded the Mkhitar Gosh Medal.

The president also signed an order to present valuable gifts to a group of employees of the NKR Civil Service Council for their fidelity to duty.
