Seyran Ohanian convenes consultation

Armenian Defense Minister Seyran Ohanian convened a consultation in the administrative complex of Defense Ministry. The Chief of the General Staff of the Armenian Armed Forces Colonel General Yuri Khachaturov, deputy defense ministers and deputy chiefs of the General Staff participated in the consultation, the press service of Defense Ministry said.

The consultation participants discussed issues related to expansion of the Armenian armed forces, conducting combat operations, formation of groups, distribution of new arms and equipment, and use of long-range weapons.

The participants paid special attention to the forms and ways of troops’ use during defensive actions.
