Tsarukian: No greater reward than being useful to state and people

The 7th congress of Prosperous Armenia party (BHK) was held at the head office of BHK today. In his speech, the leader of BHK Gagik Tsarukian said that he cannot remain indifferent when there are problems in the country.

“I entered politics with one goal in mind – to be useful to my country and people. I can live a carefree life, but I chose a more difficult path. It is my conscious choice, therefore I am very much aware of the obstacles and dangers,” Tsarukian said.

According to the BHК leader, he is prepared for any development, any scenario. “You all understand that I have chosen that path not for the sake of material benefits. I cannot watch – as a spectator – my country weakening day by day. There is no greater reward than being useful to the state and the people,” he stated.

Tsarukian said that he will quit politics on the day when he notices that important and necessary changes took place in the country and Armenia is developing in the right direction and people’s problems are gradually solved. “I will do other work, promote sports, implement charity projects and be of use to people,” the leader of BHK said.
