ISRC has no POW-related information subject to release

No information has been released for quite a long time about Armenian serviceman Hakob Injighulian and 77-year-old citizen Mamikon Khojoyan who are both held in Azerbaijani captivity.

When asked by Aysor.am whether any progress was made in the negotiations on these two Armenian citizens, the communication programs department of the ICRC Armenian delegation replied that negotiations continue, but at the moment there is no information subject to release.

We would remind you that Hakob Injighulian crossed into Azerbaijani territory on the night of August 8 of last year. He repportedly lost his way. Mamikon Khojoyan, a 77-year-old resident of Varin Karmiraghbyur village in Tavush province, crossed into Azerbaijan on January 28, 2014. He was captured by residents of Alibeyli village and handed over to Azerbaijani servicemen. He suffers from a mental condition.
