Armenian ambassador discusses cooperation with Lebanese FM

Armenian Ambassador to Lebanon Ashot Kocharian met today with Lebanese Foreign Minister Gebran Bassil, according to the press service of Armenian Foreign Ministry.

At the meeting Gebran Bassil presented details of the priorities of Lebanon’s foreign policy.

Ambassador Kocharian conveyed the Armenian foreign minister’s congratulations and best wishes in connection with G. Bassil’s appointment as foreign minister of Lebanon. He expressed confidence that close and mutually beneficial cooperation between the two friendly countries at both bilateral and multilateral levels will continue to develop and deepen based on the mutual trust.

The sides exchanged opinions about the agenda of Armenian-Lebanese relations and regional problems.
