Ceasefire violations by Azerbaijan are of recurrent nature

““Ceasefire violations committed by Azerbaijan on the Karabakh-Azerbaijani border are of a recurrent nature. No noticeable changes have been recorded in the past 1-2 weeks,” the spokesman for Defense Ministry of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic Senor Hasratian told Aysor.am.

Armenian Defense Ministry’s spokesman Artsrun Hovhannisian said earlier that the number of ceasefire violations by Azerbaijan has sharply declined in the past few days.

According to S. Hasratian, tension has eased now compared with January when the Azerbaijani side displayed excessive activity.

“But it can hardly be said today that ceasefire violations and tension have declined sharply,” Hasratian noted.
