Raffi Hovannisian to participate in March 1 rally of HAK

The leader of Heritage Party Raffi Hovannisian will participate in the rally to be staged by Armenian National Congress (HAK) Party tomorrow, on March 1, the head of Heritage parliamentary faction Ruben Hakobian told reporters.

In his words, the Armenian authorities are not interested in detecting the crimes committed on March 1, 2008. “There were guilty persons, organizers. The events were a consequence of the presidential elections. In general, the authorities are responsible for major events in a country. The issue has not been taken to a legal level, it remains at the political level,” R. Hakobian said.
