Soldier injured while cleaning gun

A serviceman of a military unit in Armavir province of Armenia shot himself while cleaning his gun, Aysor.am was informed by Mary Sargsyan, a senior PR officer of Armenian Defense Ministry’s Investigative Service.

“Materials are being prepared by the Investigative Service in connection with the incident,” she said.

The soldier received a gunshot wound to the leg. He was hospitalized.
