Drive for women behind the wheel initiated by Yerevan municipality

A drive for women behind the wheel was initiated by Yerevan Municipality today as part of the festivities held on the occasion of Women’s Day.

Female drivers who did not violate traffic rules, in particular stopped for a red light, were given postcards with congratulations of Yerevan Mayor Taron Margarian, the press department of Municipality said.

Moved by such attention, all female drivers said that it was a nice surprise indeed. They expressed gratitude for the initiative.
