Martirosian: Russia will make mistake if it tries to separate Crimea

The deputy chairman of opposition Heritage Party Armen Martirosian believes that the Ukrainian people are at an advantage in the current situation in Ukraine.

“The Ukrainians have received the opportunity to build a country free of corruption and injustice. They paid the price necessary for freedom,” Martirosian noted.

He expressed an opinion that Russia will make a serious mistake if it tries to separate Crimea from Ukraine. “In this case the Islamic factor will become active there,” Martirosian said.
