ICRC representatives did not meet Armenian captive so far

Representatives of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) have not yet met with Armenian citizen Arsen Khojoyan taken captive by Azerbaijan.

Zara Amatuni of the ICRC Office in Yerevan told Aysor.am that negotiations with the Azerbaijani authorities are underway.

Arsen Khojoyan is a resident of Verin Karmiragbyur village in Armenia’s Tavush province. He crossed into Azerbaijan on March 7.

According to preliminary information, the young man crossed the border by accident after he lost his way in a dense fog.
