Aghvan Vardanian considers talks with BHK reassuring

“We demand the government’s resignation, but we understand at the same time that the new prime minister will be appointed by the same parliamentary majority,” the secretary of ARF-Dashnaktsutyun faction Aghvan Vardanian said at a briefing in the parliament today.

ARFD intends to field its candidate for prime minister, Vardanian said. “We are not in favor of onetime steps and actions, we should do long-term work. If Republican Party of Armenia approves our ideas, we will welcome this move. We need to take measures to get the country from the current situation,” the deputy noted.

In his words, the talks and discussions held with Prosperous Armenia Party (BHK) allow them ‘to hope for real results”.
