Harutyun Kushkian appointed health minister of NKR

The former health minister of Armenia Harutyun Kushkian has been appointed health minister of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic, Aysor.am was informed by the spokesman for NKR president David Babayan who said that H. Kushkian will assume his duties today.
