Hovhannes Tokmajian appointed acting rector of SEUA

By an order of March 18, 2014 signed by Armenian Minister of Education and Science Armen Ashotian, Ara Avetisian’s powers as rector of State Engineering University of Armenia (SEUA) were terminated at his request, according to the press service of the ministry.

The powers of the rector of Yerevan State University of Architecture and Construction Hovhannes Tokmajian were also terminated by an order of the minister. By another ministerial order, H. Tokmajian has been appointed acting rector of SEUA.

We would remind you that SEUA rector Ara Avetisian has handed in his resignation as he disagrees with the results of an audit conducted at the university.
