Marxist: Armenia should recognize Crimea referendum outcome

“Armenia should recognize the outcome of the Crimea referendum. Any delay is fraught with danger as we have the Karabakh problem,” the head of the Marxist Party of Armenia David Hakobian told reporters today.

“Armenia should immediately recognize Crimea’s decision to join Russia and also to raise the issue of the Nagorno Karabakh referendum,” he said.

According to Hakobian, Armenia should give up its place to the Nagorno Karabakh Republic in the negotiations with Azerbaijan.
